I would like to start off with Karen Conglaro is a disgusting human being , she was my husbands realtor and knew we were selling in our house in Connecticut to move to South Carolina . Lets begin with saying we were purchasing the house at 1328 Ball Mill Rd , Sellers South Carolina and trusting our realtor to inspect and let us know any flaws in the home , well she did not ! We ended up homeless with 3 dogs and a bird living in our cars then living in a motel for over a month when she could have been honest about the house . On Zillow it stated house was move in ready and in reality is was now , house was filthy , mold , wasp nest inside home along with outside the home , rug disgusting with food and stains, broken window, floors coming up in kitchen and bathroom, toilets black . I think as a realtor and having clients living in another state and selling their home to move to another state you should be honest because you are our eyes in that state and you should also think . Would I move my family into this home ! You are a horrible realtor and should be fired !
